    Goal Oriented: 4 -6 sessions focused on one collaborative goal.

    Phase of life adjustments/changes: 6-16 meetings to explore 2-3 goals.

    Relationship and Overall Life Changes: # of sessions to be discussed in collaboration with clinician. Focus is on in depth desired changes to self, relationships and other areas of life.
